💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic initiatives to accelerate portfolio company growth at a $1.6 billion global fund. You'll bridge the gap between startups and Toyota's ecosystem, identifying partnership opportunities and driving value creation. This role is based in Tokyo or Nagoya with a hybrid work model.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in business development or project management
• Experience in automotive, transportation, or mobility industry
• Excellent business planning and leadership skills
• Fluency in both Japanese and English
