📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments (consulting, VC, tech ops).
• Strong academic background in Systems Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong systems thinking mindset for optimizing complex organizational processes.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and automation tools.
