💼 About This Role

You'll empower the Actimize sales force with compelling offerings and insights to win in the AML space. Your core impact will be driving the AML sales strategy for the Americas region and acting as an AML subject matter expert for both internal teams and customers. You'll analyze market trends and develop forward-thinking sales approaches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive AML business, pipeline, and bookings for the Americas region
• Act as AML SME for the Actimize sales team and customers
• Liaise with internal teams to align sales strategy and campaigns
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform AML strategy

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Crime/AML at a financial institution, software vendor, or consulting
• Experience selling or implementing enterprise application software solutions to compliance/risk departments
• Ability to position company products against competitors in a complex sales cycle
• Contract negotiation skills and experience
