Description
You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and managing key accounts for Cogent's lead program, bezuclastinib, across multiple indications. You will build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, analyze territory performance, and execute strategic plans to advance patient care.
Requirements
- BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree
- 5+ years pharma/biotech/medical sales experience
- Preference for Rare Disease/Oncology/Hematology experience
- Strong clinical selling and communication skills
- Experience managing large accounts and hospitals
Responsibilities
- Manage territory accounts and build relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and business stakeholders
- Analyze territory performance and create comprehensive account plans
- Deliver strategic customer education on disease and product expertise
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and tactics
- Implement patient identification and treatment management processes
