You'll manage Channel Partners and System Integrators in the DACH region, driving pipeline and revenue growth for Aircall's AI-powered communications platform. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to execute the go-to-market strategy. This role offers the chance to shape one of our largest partner ecosystems.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Recruit and onboard new Channel Partners or System Integrators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders
  • Develop joint business plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Forecast partner sales and report on performance metrics

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Native German and fluent English
  • 2-3 years of experience in partnership development or channel management
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
