You'll manage Channel Partners and System Integrators in the DACH region, driving pipeline and revenue growth for Aircall's AI-powered communications platform. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to execute the go-to-market strategy. This role offers the chance to shape one of our largest partner ecosystems.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Recruit and onboard new Channel Partners or System Integrators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders
- Develop joint business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Forecast partner sales and report on performance metrics
๐ Requirements
- Native German and fluent English
- 2-3 years of experience in partnership development or channel management
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
