You'll lead a team at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, ensuring excellent guest experiences and supporting the manager in daily operations. Your core impact is driving sales, coaching team members, and maintaining a positive culture. As a keyholder, you'll develop business acumen to become the next Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Demonstrate leadership to provide top-tier guest and employee experience.
• Lead by example in sales and service, resolving guest issues.
• Provide consultations for all services including chemical services.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of team members.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
