💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and communication skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll receive paid training to earn your RBT certification and launch a career in behavior therapy. Join a team that provides play-filled, research-based care across multiple disciplines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and communication skills in 1:1 setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with BCBA assessments and session notes

📋 Requirements

• At least 18 years old with valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Obtain RBT certification within 60 days
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit/run

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification for certain locations
