💼 About This Role

You'll shape the GTM AI strategy and lead horizontal platform programs for MongoDB's global sales organization. You'll drive cross-functional programs that improve productivity and enable revenue outcomes by redesigning end-to-end GTM processes. This role acts as both an AI program orchestrator and a GTM process engineer to streamline and scale operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define GTM AI strategy and prioritize high-impact use cases
• Drive end-to-end AI programs from problem definition to rollout and measurement
• Redesign GTM processes to reduce friction and eliminate manual work
• Build a centralized intake and prioritization model for AI use cases

📋 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in GTM Operations, Strategy Operations, or RevOps
• Proven experience redesigning business processes and leading cross-functional transformation programs
• Experience identifying, piloting, and scaling AI/automation use cases in business operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes (Sales, Customer Success, Partners, SAs)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a process architect or process engineer in GTM or operations environments
• Experience deploying AI tools such as enterprise search, LLM platforms (e.g., Claude), or workflow automation
• Systems thinker who can connect process, data, and technology into cohesive solutions
