Description

In this part-time role, you'll travel to restaurant clients to conduct physical audits of equipment, inspect and photograph assets, and build strong relationships as a brand ambassador. You'll work closely with the onboarding team to ensure seamless transitions into our service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must be 25+ years old (rental car age minimum)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Strong problem resolution skills with a passion for helping customers
• Ability to spot things others may miss
• Experience working in a restaurant or as a service provider
• Ability to be on feet for up to 10 hours, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, access roofs
• Live near a major metro airport

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and schedule onsite appointments with the Onboarding Team
• Conduct thorough physical audits of equipment, inspecting, photographing, and documenting every asset
• Prepare professional inventory recaps with organized images and clear communication of customer requests and site observations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with new customers through professionalism and high-level service
