Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately
  • Welcome visitors in person and over the phone
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in reception areas and common spaces
  • Monitor office supplies and prepare restock requests
  • Provide general administrative assistance and support ad hoc projects
