You'll create and execute the operational roadmap for large healthcare engagements at Percepta. You'll own the engagement's operating cadence, KPIs, and adoption strategy while translating strategy into daily actions. This role stands out for combining deep healthcare ops expertise with cutting-edge AI transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and own the engagement's single source of truth tracker
• Set and iterate on weekly cadence: standups, syncs, SteerCo prep
• Own rollout plans unit by unit in the hospital
• Triage blockers daily and escalate with specific asks

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years operating inside healthcare delivery systems
• Experience with cross-functional team orchestration
• Proven ability to own operational KPIs end-to-end
• Experience in adoption strategy and rollout planning
