You'll support multiple primary care offices serving a Senior Health (65+) population, building trusting relationships with patients. Your core impact is removing barriers to care through human-centered service and collaborating with an integrated care team. This role offers the chance to join Amazon's healthcare mission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Room patients, take vitals, administer point-of-care testing and screenings
• Coordinate post-visit care including specialist appointments and referrals
• Collaborate with providers to monitor preventive care for patient panel
• Assist with daily operations: phone calls, emails, front desk, and clinical upkeep

📋 Requirements

• Graduated from CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program
• OR Medical Assistant certification from NCCA or ANSI accredited organization
• Proficiency in computer technology and navigating multiple software systems
