You'll join Sentry's support engineering team, combining deep technical expertise with AI agents to help developers using our monitoring tools. You'll architect systems that scale expertise to millions of developers while personally solving complex issues. This role offers the chance to pioneer AI-first support at a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Master Sentry's SDKs and guide customers through complex debugging
• Train and refine AI support agents for accurate responses
• Triage and reproduce product bugs, bridging customers and engineering
• Design human-in-the-loop handoff flows preserving context

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical support or engineering with SaaS
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Ruby
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, APIs, microservices, and observability
• Practical familiarity with RAG, context windows, and system prompts

✨ Nice to Have

• AI Ops experience managing vector databases or fine-tuning LLMs
• Open source contributor with active GitHub presence
• Former software developer with full-time coding experience
