💼 About This Role

You'll support Colibri's enterprise FP&A capabilities with a primary focus on Adaptive Planning and financial modeling. You'll drive high-quality forecasts and budgets while partnering closely with leadership. You'll help roll out next-gen planning frameworks and leverage AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and enhance Adaptive Planning environment, including model maintenance and reporting.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across business units.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models for scenario analysis and investment evaluation.
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations for monthly reviews and board materials.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with financial planning software (Adaptive Planning preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with revenue modeling and growth analytics.
• Prior experience supporting system implementations or model redesigns.
• Exposure to AI technologies and automation tools in a finance context.
