💼 About This Role

You'll shape how security is built into Harvey's AI platform, owning critical parts of the product and driving high-leverage security initiatives. You'll balance hands-on technical work with cross-functional leadership, defining a product security program at a fast-scaling company. Your work will directly protect customers' most sensitive data in an environment where security is paramount.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the product security roadmap.
• Establish and evolve security posture across engineering.
• Partner with teams to incorporate secure design principles.
• Own and review security-critical code for authentication and access control.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product security, application security, or related.
• Track record of identifying and remediating software vulnerabilities.
• Led complex cross-functional security initiatives with measurable improvements.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers in security.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building security programs at hyper-growth startups.
• Background with cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) and cloud-native security.
• Experience with AI/ML systems and security for LLM-based applications.
