• Incubate and launch ventures from validated opportunities to live pilots
• Establish the company-wide Venture Operating Model
• Architect high-impact strategic partnerships with advertisers
• Build and scale a high-performing venture org

📋 Requirements

• Venture building track record with multi-venture thesis ownership
• Operational architecture mastery with Lean Startup and Design Thinking
• Adtech & growth fluency in LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality
• Enterprise leadership negotiating complex commercial terms
