🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB and Discovery
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID servers
• Customize ServiceNow applications with scripting and business rules
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
• Expertise in ITOM modules including CMDB, Discovery, and Mid Server
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts)

✨ Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Mapping
