Requirements

  • BA/BS in a relevant subject required
  • 6+ years client-facing CSM experience for strategic customers
  • Experience managing Fortune 500 accounts and C-level relationships
  • Proven success in B2B Enterprise SaaS environment
  • Experience using SFDC, Gainsight, and CS technology applications

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Act as primary contact to help customers navigate OneTrust
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to provide product expertise
  • Deliver strategic business reviews and communicate ROI
