Requirements
- BA/BS in a relevant subject required
- 6+ years client-facing CSM experience for strategic customers
- Experience managing Fortune 500 accounts and C-level relationships
- Proven success in B2B Enterprise SaaS environment
- Experience using SFDC, Gainsight, and CS technology applications
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Act as primary contact to help customers navigate OneTrust
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to provide product expertise
- Deliver strategic business reviews and communicate ROI
- Manage account portfolio to achieve Net ARR retention and growth
