You'll manage contract renewals and client negotiations for NICE's CX division. You'll retain and grow revenue through strategic pricing and product additions, partnering with sales and finance teams. This role offers direct client engagement with high-level stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare financial reports and contract documents for renewal meetings
• Engage clients to understand their renewal goals and outcomes
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and details
• Partner with SAMs, AEs, TAMs, and Finance for revenue retention

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 4+ years in contract negotiation
• 4+ years in contact center or service delivery
• Experience with SAAS billing models
