You'll manage the full employee offboarding lifecycle, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of separations. You will handle end-to-end offboarding processes and provide guidance to HR partners and managers. This role offers exposure to global HR operations and enterprise systems.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full offboarding lifecycle for voluntary and involuntary separations
- Prepare and audit severance documentation, payouts, and compliance requirements
- Analyze employee data and severance calculations for accuracy
- Provide guidance to HR partners and managers on separation processes
- Use Workday and ServiceNow for case tracking and workflow management
๐ Requirements
- 4โ7 years of HR operations or shared services experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow case management systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications
