You'll manage the full employee offboarding lifecycle, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of separations. You will handle end-to-end offboarding processes and provide guidance to HR partners and managers. This role offers exposure to global HR operations and enterprise systems.

  • Manage full offboarding lifecycle for voluntary and involuntary separations
  • Prepare and audit severance documentation, payouts, and compliance requirements
  • Analyze employee data and severance calculations for accuracy
  • Provide guidance to HR partners and managers on separation processes
  • Use Workday and ServiceNow for case tracking and workflow management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“7 years of HR operations or shared services experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow case management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications
