You'll lead recruiting efforts for a high-speed aircraft manufacturer, partnering with hiring managers on technically challenging roles that impact national defense. You'll build talent pipelines across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead kickoff meetings with Hiring Managers to develop requisitions and discuss headcount.
• Create and execute long-term strategies to source candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Actively source and engage candidates using innovative techniques and referrals.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records in ATS.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience for highly technical roles.
• Previous time recruiting in the aerospace / defense / space sectors.
• Experience with sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
