💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and operation of RF circuits and diagnostic systems for fusion generators at Helion. Your work directly impacts plasma performance optimization and generator commissioning. Collaborate across physics, controls, and engineering to scale experimental capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, calibrate, and operate RF and plasma systems
• Develop high-voltage electrical systems for pulsed magnets and energy recovery
• Integrate electrical measurement hardware into diagnostic platforms
• Analyze real-time diagnostic data to drive performance improvements

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experimental engineering experience with RF systems
• Deep experience with high-voltage electrical systems and pulsed power
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary technical efforts independently

• Experience in fusion or plasma environments
