You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues. You'll promote adoption of Compass technology and provide marketing support, ensuring a world-class experience. You'll also mentor coordinators and support national initiatives.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as day-to-day contact for agents via phone, email, and in-person.
- Promote Compass technology adoption through 1:1 support and training.
- Provide marketing support and create collateral from templates.
- Partner with onboarding team on strategy and logistics.
📋 Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations.
- Ability to establish credibility with agent decision-makers.
- Strong listening skills and empathy for customer pain points.
