🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive complex post-sales implementations from PoC to production
• Provide technical expertise and architectural best practices
• Deliver training and workshops to customers and partners
• Develop technical documentation and resolve complex issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a similar role within Conversational AI or SaaS
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent platforms
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
• Experience with back-end integrations and server-side development

• HTML and CSS front-end design skills
