Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, Mobile at Headspace, you will join the Employer Solutions team to design, develop, and deliver scalable mobile features for large employer partnerships. You will independently own technical solutions from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and architecture of the mobile platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years building production mobile applications
• 2+ years native Android/iOS development
• 2+ years hands-on Flutter development
• Expertise in mobile architecture and design patterns
• Experience with testing strategies and CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Own design and implementation of enrollment and content features for the Headspace mobile app
• Drive technical design decisions with cross-functional teams
• Own end-to-end delivery including writing high-quality code
• Ensure system quality through unit and end-to-end testing
• Provide technical guidance and participate in code reviews
