You'll lead the technical vision and architecture for new SRE platforms at Agoda, a global travel technology company. Core impact includes defining SRE best practices, building reliability platforms, and owning safe deployment strategies. You'll work with Prometheus and Grafana to advance observability and reliability signals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical vision and execution of SRE platforms.
• Define and promote SRE best practices (SLI/SLO, error budgets).
• Design and build reliability platforms (load shedding, monitoring).
• Own safe deployment strategies (canary, rollback, impact protection).

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Rust, Java).
• Deep experience with Kubernetes ecosystem and service mesh (e.g., Istio).
• Observability monitoring expertise using Prometheus and Grafana.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale, high-QPS systems.
• Hands-on with multi-region/multi-DC architectures.
• Background in chaos engineering and resilience testing.
