📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in engineering leadership roles managing engineers and technical teams.
• Proven experience leading large-scale distributed systems (messaging, payments, or similar).
• Strong background in platform engineering or internal developer platforms supporting multiple product teams.
• Experience managing operational excellence including on-call rotations and incident management.
