💼 About This Role

You'll join Opendoor's Data organization to build AI systems that proactively deliver actionable insights to leaders. You'll design agents that monitor business performance and anticipate needs, shifting analytics from reactive to proactive. This role defines analytics in an AI-first company with a 'Default to AI' philosophy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy AI agents for proactive business monitoring
• Develop natural language interfaces for conversational data querying
• Build data models supporting automated analysis and AI interactions
• Identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven decision augmentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, data science, or data engineering
• Expert-level SQL with complex data model design
• Strong Python for data engineering and AI agent development
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate, fintech, or marketplace businesses
• Background in marketing analytics, product analytics, or pricing/economics
• History of building tools that replaced recurring analyst work
