Description

You will own the product's success from first silicon to high-volume manufacturing, optimizing yield, quality, and cost, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive manufacturing excellence.

Requirements

• MS in CS, EE, Physics, Material Science or related field
• 5+ years semiconductor product engineering experience
• Experience developing DFT strategy and test plans
• Familiarity with advanced packaging flows and ATE test equipment
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Snowflake)

Responsibilities

• Own product yield and quality indicators from first silicon to HVM
• Define manufacturing and test strategies, including DFT implementation
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, and cost
• Debug test, yield, and power/performance issues
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to resolve product issues
