💼 About This Role

You'll join a high-growth deep-tech startup building AI agents for ERP automation. You'll solve messy enterprise problems from first conversation to production in days, owning architecture, integrations, and deployment end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sit with users and process owners to understand real workflows
• Translate target-state process into technical solution and ship it in days
• Build full-stack: TypeScript backend, React frontend, integrations, LLM orchestration
• Own observability and evals, iterate until reliable in real conditions

📋 Requirements

• Builder background with real shipping experience from zero to production
• Fluent with modern AI tooling (LLM APIs, agent frameworks, evals)
• Strong with TypeScript on backend and React on frontend
• Customer-facing instinct and comfort with ambiguity

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Prior background in consulting, solutions engineering, or founding
• Fluency in German
