💼 About This Role

You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development for internal data initiatives, owning the full requirements lifecycle for analytics and BI projects. Your work will ensure development teams execute with confidence on well-documented user stories and acceptance criteria. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape how data solutions are delivered at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own intake and discovery for internal data initiatives
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into dev-ready user stories and acceptance criteria
• Contribute to a groomed and prioritized requirements backlog
• Support stakeholder validation of prototypes and draft deliverables

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar requirements-focused role
• Demonstrated ability to gather and document complex business requirements
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile environment
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for requirements tracking

• Experience in analytics, BI, or reporting domains
• Familiarity with agile methodologies beyond basic concepts
