💼 About This Role

You'll work as part of a crew installing 1kW-30kW solar systems on residential homes. You'll handle racking, DC/AC equipment, and commissioning. This role offers hands-on technical work with strong team camaraderie in a growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend safety meetings before on-site work
• Install racking per manufacturer specs and plans
• Install and commission DC and AC equipment
• Test system components while operational

📋 Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
• OSHA 10 certification
• Electrical experience strongly recommended

✨ Nice to Have

• Apprentice Electrical License
• Residential solar installation experience
• OSHA 30 certification
