You will manage client relationships in B2B and e-commerce segments, driving adoption, growth, and cross-sell through proactive, playbook-led engagement. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and maintain CRM data to maximize retention and identify high-potential accounts.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in account management or customer-facing role
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for scaled outreach
  • Data-driven with analytical reasoning and ability to manage large portfolios

Responsibilities
