💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical engine of the Sales team, architecting solutions in Salesforce and ensuring integrations run seamlessly. You'll translate stakeholder requests into technical user stories and optimize revenue operations for a SaaS security company. This role offers hybrid flexibility in Los Angeles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Director of Ops to document business needs and translate into user stories.
• Build and optimize solutions using Salesforce Flows from ideation to deployment.
• Maintain Lead-to-Closed-Won flow to automate handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Ensure Salesforce captures data for SaaS revenue metrics and executive reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or similar.
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Understanding of API connections and data flow between systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Familiarity with data analysis and process mapping using Lucidchart or Miro.
