📋 Requirements
- 3+ years recruiting enterprise sales talent in high-growth company
- Proven ability to identify and attract elite sales professionals
- Creative, resourceful, and bold in sourcing tactics
- Strong sales instincts: persistent, persuasive, and expert at closing top candidates

- Experience working with Regional Directors and CRO
- Track record of building pipelines with out-of-the-box methods
