📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years recruiting enterprise sales talent in high-growth company
  • Proven ability to identify and attract elite sales professionals
  • Creative, resourceful, and bold in sourcing tactics
  • Strong sales instincts: persistent, persuasive, and expert at closing top candidates

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Regional Directors and CRO
  • Track record of building pipelines with out-of-the-box methods
