Description

You will work directly with the Head of Operations to run business operations for a portfolio in the Intelligence Business Line, partnering with cross-functional teams to solve ambiguous problems and build scalable solutions. Your work ranges from operational fire-fighting to process redesign and high-impact projects, all in support of growing a new Business Unit at Anduril.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
• U.S. Person status
• 8+ years experience in management consulting, internal operations, or business operations
• Self-driven and proactive
• Strong thought partnership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own operational projects end-to-end from definition to implementation
• Execute analyses on short timelines and build scalable solutions
• Project manage across many stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally across Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.
• Design and implement processes for procurement, inventory, and scaling
