🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with infrastructure growth plan
• Lead buy vs. lease analysis and select third-party capital partners
• Manage lease portfolio including tracking financial terms and refinancing
• Coordinate equipment orders between Infrastructure, Engineering, and Procurement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, technical, or analytical field
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Proven experience managing and leasing data center equipment
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills
