💼 About This Role

You'll lead Snowflake's partner ecosystem development in the Nordics & Benelux, driving co-sell and resale targets with system integrators and resellers. You'll manage partner teams to align with corporate strategy while fostering a partner-first culture and achieving measurable business outcomes. Build inspired teams and accelerate consumption of Snowflake's Cloud Data Platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead partner organization across SI, GSI, reseller, VAR, CSP, and ISV routes in North region
• Achieve co-sell, referral, resale, and partner-sourced business targets
• Hire, lead, and grow partner teams in the region
• Align partner directors with field organization to drive joint customer outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of partner management and partner sales experience
• Established network within the regional partner ecosystem
• Proven ability to achieve sales objectives and drive accurate forecasting
• Data-driven decision maker with financial justification skills

• Experience building partner organizations in cloud computing environments
