📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang with large-scale distributed systems experience
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients like Geth or protocol-level systems
• Proven track record architecting high-performance production-grade systems
