Description

In this part-time role, you will lead the full lifecycle of feature development for Salesforce projects, acting as the link between the Philanthropic Advising team and the implementation partner. You will manage project scope, budget, and timelines while translating business needs into technical requirements to enhance Salesforce tools for engagement tracking, donor journey management, and data entry.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience with external implementation partners and on-schedule delivery
• Ability to bridge technical developers and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data architecture and reporting
• Familiarity with Salesforce NPSP, prospect research tools, and relationship mapping tools
• Experience managing prioritization and estimating effort for technical work

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and training
• Develop project plans in Asana and manage scope, budget, and risks
• Facilitate discovery sessions and document user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Serve as primary point of contact for implementation partner, assign work, and approve time estimates
• Lead user acceptance testing and develop end-user documentation and training
