Description

As a Senior Business Value Advisor on the Strategy Business Value team, you will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to lead value assessments during the sales cycle and drive long-term value realization for customers. You will analyze large datasets, build financial models, and translate digital commerce performance into measurable financial outcomes, helping customers continuously realize value from Coveo across use cases.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in consulting, digital strategy, e-commerce analytics, SaaS value engineering, or similar analytical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue per visit, average order value, margin, and customer lifetime value.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills including scenario analysis and financial projections.
  • Executive-level communication skills to translate complex analysis into clear business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven value assessments by partnering with stakeholders across digital, commerce, service, and analytics teams to gather and analyze large datasets.
  • Build rigorous financial models and executive-ready business cases anchored in end-to-end customer experience flows.
  • Define measurable success criteria aligned with business case and strategic objectives, establishing baseline metrics and impact measurement frameworks.
  • Analyze post-implementation performance data to validate realized value and produce ROI reporting grounded in actual data.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to embed value realization into long-term account strategy and identify expansion opportunities.
