Description

You will lead the structuring and negotiating of strategic partnerships, including embedded and channel agreements, while providing commercial legal support for EMEA sales. You'll craft pragmatic legal solutions that protect Remote while enabling business growth.

Requirements

  • Partnership and embedded/reseller/channel agreement experience
  • Expertise in commercial transactions, especially enterprise SaaS agreements and global sales support
  • Solid commercial drafting skills with ability to craft clear, enforceable partnership frameworks
  • Strong negotiation skills with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, draft, and negotiate complex partnership agreements including embedded, channel/reseller, and referral programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to structure agreements that align business objectives with legal risk mitigation
  • Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and knowledge resources for partnership deals
  • Serve as additional legal point of contact for EMEA sales, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Provide legal training and guidance to partnerships and go-to-market stakeholders
