Description

You will support the full sales cycle by making outbound calls, understanding client needs, and aligning services to accomplish their goals. You'll own the process from client vetting to closing deals using our CRM, and track performance to suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years phone-based customer service or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to high integrity and team environment
• Ability to explain products, answer questions, and negotiate deals
• Self-motivated with desire to work in dynamic fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify client needs and provide superior service
• Understand client objectives and align services to accomplish goals via phone, email, and SMS
• Own the full sales cycle from client vetting to closing deals
• Utilize in-house CRM system to manage pipeline of inbound clients
• Track goals and metrics, provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
