You'll analyze and underwrite complex commercial real estate loan applications, collaborating to establish operational processes for efficient execution. Your work directly supports Berkadia's top-ranked mortgage banking platform, backed by strong research and technology. This role offers the chance to mentor junior team members and drive process improvements within a leading CRE firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Train and mentor underwriters, analysts, and team members.
• Review borrower credit, third-party reports, and property data.
• Draft underwriting submission packages detailing risks and mitigants.
• Support closing process to align with credit terms.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in affordable housing including LIHTC and Section 8.
• 7+ years of commercial real estate underwriting experience.
• Expert knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
