You'll execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales at the Rideau Centre store. Partnering with management, you'll inspire your team and enhance the guest experience. This role offers the chance to shape the visual identity of a premium lifestyle brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage visual merchandising changes in partnership with Visual Manager
• Execute shipment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Plan visual floor changes and adapt zone support to business needs
• Use reporting tools to identify product placement opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
• High energy and self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
