You'll lead full-funnel marketing strategies for a venture builder's portfolio company, driving growth across user acquisition, conversion, and retention. You'll own go-to-market strategy for new English-speaking European markets and collaborate with creative and UA teams. This role blends data-driven experimentation with creative freedom to optimize user journeys.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for European markets
• Design marketing funnels for new traffic channels to boost conversion
• Identify and scale target user segments with personalized journeys
• Improve internal funnel-builder tool to accelerate campaign launches

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Product Marketing or Growth Marketing
• Expertise in funnel optimization and CRO with A/B testing
• Proficient in A/B test analysis tools like GrowthBook, Amplitude, Tableau
• Proven track record of full cycle hypothesis testing from generation to statistically significant wins

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with web funnels and cross-team collaboration with UA and creative marketers
• Knowledge of traffic acquisition channels (Meta, Google Ads)
• English level B1+
