💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes, evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders. You'll serve as an educator and advocate within an interdisciplinary care team. This role offers flexible schedules and autonomy with a supportive team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders
• Assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions
• Collaborate with case manager and interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and advocate for their needs

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of individual development and human behavior related to illness/injury
