Description

You will conduct investigations for brand protection, coordinate test purchases and demand letters with global partners, and manage a database of ongoing cases to protect brands from counterfeits and IP infringements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Fluent in English and Chinese in a business environment
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Experience in a multicultural environment and different time zones
Prior experience in legal environment or investigative work preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct investigative test purchases and write reports for clients
Communicate with global partners regarding legal actions for clients
Facilitate actions against counterfeit sellers
Manage database of ongoing cases
Coordinate test purchase operations across Europe and the Americas
