You'll own a book of enterprise customers for the Proactive AI Agent platform, ensuring they realize measurable business value. You'll analyze customer data to identify risks and opportunities, and translate insights into executive recommendations. This role combines deep data analysis with strategic customer-facing experience.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Analyze customer journey and operational data to identify trends and risks
- Build and maintain customer success plans aligned to business outcomes and KPIs
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews presenting performance and recommendations
- Partner with customers to define and evolve AI-driven customer journeys
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of post-sale customer success experience with enterprise accounts
- Experience using data analysis to guide customer decisions and executive conversations
- Proven ability to create technical specifications or requirements documentation for implementations
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or CX environments
- Experience delivering executive-level business reviews
- PMP or formal project management certification
