Description

You will support budgeting, strategic planning, financial reporting, and analysis for Rocket Lab's enterprise operations. This role focuses on revenue and margin analysis, project spend evaluation, and providing data-driven recommendations to decision-makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar
• 2+ years of experience (or 6+ years equivalent work experience)
• Familiarity with financial analysis in a corporate environment
• Experience in manufacturing within aerospace/defense preferred
• Ability to sit, use hands/fingers, operate keyboard, and communicate verbally

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and strategic planning activities
• Provide timely financial information and recommendations to decision makers
• Collect, analyze data and create reports to drive business improvement and cost reductions
• Support development and maintenance of weekly/monthly financial reporting and KPIs
• Reporting and analysis of monthly spend variances at cost center level
